Once again Friday night a handful of us pondered over how the mats are going to fit together so that we could be ready for
the day course on the now warmer day of 4th June 2005.
Again we were all warming up ready to start at 10am and get a good days training in again, just after we had started we were
graced with the appearance of Tony Johnson Sensei, who had visited us last year, who again was more than happy to teach for most
of the day and show us some of his great Aikido! Once again, from all of us, thank you! Our doors are always open and we hope to
see you again in the near future.
We also held one of our bi-annual gradings, so it was the student's time to stand up front and show us what they have learnt.
Some feel it is stressful (it is!) and maybe the "test" is not in keeping with the spirit of Aikido however it is a very important
test, part of any martial art is conquering fears and gaining the ability to "do" under any circumstance! So with that in mind I'm
very happy to say that all those who took the grading passed... With a great sigh of relief!

The rest of the day ran very smoothly and once again I'd like to thank both Tony Johnson Sensei and Glen Smith Sensei

I hope to see you all at class and am already looking forward to the next day course in August.
