Spring Day Course - 4th June 2005
On a chilly day in March we held the first of our 4 day courses we hold during the year. I must say we all had an excellent day, and again we extend our gratitude and thanks to Sensei Steve Beecham for teaching all day and Sensei Monica Sharp for putting so much effort into organising the day. And of course our thanks to Sensei Glen Smith for his continued effort for the club as a whole!
The day ran from the usual 10am to 4pm and for me was over in no time at all! This time we didn't have any gradings and for those that are not aware we are planning to do gradings only twice a year so will be the Summer and Winter courses. This means that we can get much more out of the courses like this one, as I'm sure all the students present will testify to.
I'd also like to say thanks to those that helped setting up the dojo on Friday night, for their entertainment just as much as their effort!
Unfortunately I feel we were all training to hard to get many pictures but here's a few Sensei managed to snap!
